Termín: 28.6. – 29.6.2008
Program:
ü Letní futsalový turnaj ( 20 týmů)
ü Doprovodný program:
Přes den: Dětské atrakce, skákací hrady, stolní fotbálek, petanque, grilování a rožnění masových specialit...
Večer: Uvítací večírek, koncert ( O5&Radeček, Dead Popes Company, Omikron, Krásná práce a další…)
Startovné:
ü 2000kč (v ceně je zajištěno občerstvení, vstupné na koncert)
ü kapacita 20 týmů
ü přihlášky nejpozději do 15.6.2008
Ceny:
ü při kapacitě 20 týmů
ü 1.místo – 10 000 kč + dárkový koš
ü 2.místo – 5 000 kč + dárkový koš
ü 3.místo – 3 000 kč + dárkový koš
ü ceny pro nejlepšího střelce a brankáře
ü plus malé dárky pro všechny

PROPOZICE
Buldogs Cup 2008
1) Pořadatel : FC BULDOCI Dolní Studénky , o.s.
2) V pravomoci organizátora je určit s konečnou platností herní systém soutěže, termíny a rozpisy utkání. Zároveň rozhoduje o všech trestech a řeší veškeré protesty.
3) Termíny :
28.6.2008 Zakladní skupiny
29.6.2008 Osmifinále - Finále
4) Všechny zápasy se uskuteční na novém hřišti s umělou trávou 3. generace v areále futsalu, Tyršově stadionu v Šumperku.
5) Seznam a předběžné rozdělení mužstev do skupin:
Skupina A:

7) Podmínky účasti :
Vedoucí mužstev (starší 18-ti let) musí nejpozději do 15.6.2008 zaplatit startovné ve výši 2.000,-Kč ve prospěch účtu 1818776379/0800. Startující hráči ani mužstva nejsou nijak omezena, co se týká registrace či úrovně soutěže. Turnaj je otevřen pro všechny hráče starší 14-ti let, jakéhokoliv sportu nebo soutěže i její úrovně. Není povoleno, aby jeden hráč startoval na tomto turnaji za více jak jedno mužstvo, za což zodpovídají vedoucí mužstev a dohlíží pořadatel turnaje. V případě startu dvou mužstev (A a B) se nepovoluje střídavý start. Po oficiálním losu vám bude zaslána soupiska družstva pro její vyplnění.
8) Systém turnaje :
Mužstva odehrají základní skupiny turnaje mistrovským způsobem (každý s každým) jednokolově. Je 5 základních skupin a každý z účastníků odehraje v turnaji 4 utkání.
Mužstva na 1. a 2 a 3. místě po odehrání základních skupin, tj. celkem 15 týmů, plus nejlepší tým ze 4. místa, postoupí do osmifinále,čtvrtfinále, semifinále a finále
Mužstva na 4. místě odehrají zápasy s mužstvy na stejném místě z dalších skupin o celkové umístění. Zápasy o umístění se hrají před finálovým zápasem.
9) Náležitosti mužstev :
Sada jednotných dresů s čísly, trenýrky, chrániče holení, štulpny a sportovní obuv na umělou trávu (turfy, sálovky,kopačky bez šroubů). Viz pravidlo 4 Pravidel futsalu.
10) Povinnosti mužstev:
Dostavit se k utkání přesně podle stanoveného rozpisu. Čekací doba není.
11) Technická ustanovení:
Hraje se podle pravidel Futsalu FIFA , které jsou zveřejněna na www.fotbal.cz. Nejpodstatnější ustanovení jsou:
a) k utkání nastoupí 4 hráči + brankář, střídání se provádí během hry (hokejově).
b) brankář rozehrává míč do hry výhozem z ruky a může přehodit i půlící čáru.
c) hrací doba 1 x 15min zákl. skupiny, 2*10min semifinále až finále hrubého času, kontumace 3 : 0.
d) aut se kope ze země, míč musí stát na autové čáře a hráč nesmí při tomto kopu vstoupit do hřiště. Branky smí být dosaženo přímo z výkopu (tj. rozehrání ze střed. kruhu).
f) vyloučeného hráče smí mužstvo nahradit hned po uběhnutí trestu 2 minut čistého času jiným hráčem. Vyloučený hráč se může vykoupit z trestu částkou 50,- Kč, v případě „hrubého nesportovního chování“ částkou 100,-Kč. V ostatních případech rozhodne DK pořadatele turnaje.
g) pokud mužstvo během oslabení inkasuje branku, může nahradit vyloučeného hráče jiným hráčem i před vypršením dvouminutového trestu.
h) po čtvrtém a dalších faulech se kope 10m kop, tzv. upravené pravidlo akumulovaných faulů.
i) brankář nesmí chytat malou domů do ruky, pokud je nahrána nohou od kolena níž a nesmí mít míč v držení rukou ani nohou na své polovině hřiště déle než 4 vteřiny, dále nesmí zahrát míčem podruhé na vlastní polovině pokud se ho nedotkne soupeř nebo míč nepřejde na polovinu soupeře.
12) O konečném pořadí rozhoduje:
a) počet bodů
b) vzájemný zápas
c) rozdíl skóre
d) vyšší počet nastřílených branek
e) los.
V případě rovnosti bodů u více než dvou mužstev vstupuje v platnost kritérium minitabulky jejich vzájemných zápasů
opět podle bodů a) až e).
13) Rozhodčí :
Všechna utkání budou řídit vyškolení rozhodčí futsalu. Pravomoc rozhodčího je dána pravidly, začíná v okamžiku, kdy vstoupí na hrací plochu. Jeho pravomoc trestat se vztahuje i na přestupky při dočasném přerušení hry nebo v době, kdy je míč ze hry. Rozhodnutí rozhodčího o skutečnostech, souvisejících s hrou jsou konečná, jmenovitě pokud jde o výsledek hry.
15) Materiální zabezpečení :
a) pořadatel zajistí 3 ks míčů č. 4 s nižším odskokem,
b) o způsobilosti míče rozhoduje hlavní rozhodčí a pořadatel turnaje,
c) za peníze a jiné cenné věci nebude brána zodpovědnost a nevztahuje se na ně ani pojištění.
16) Protesty :
Veškeré protesty je nutno vznést okamžitě po utkání. Protest vyřeší pořadatel turnaje okamžitě na místě a o výsledku zúčastněné strany ihned informuje.
17) Občerstvení:
Zajištěno po celou dobu turnaje.

Variabilní symbol pro Váš oddíl si zavolejte na níže uvedená t.č. nebo napište na e-mailovou adresu. V případě, že bude přihlášeno více jak plánovaný počet mužstev, budou upřednostňována mužstva, která odeslala startovné dříve. Týmům, které se přihlásí po naplnění kapacity turnaje, bude startovné vráceno
